I've worked with you all before. Don and the tree crew are always super professional, polite and respectful of my property. They are also responsive to my emails and take time to answer all my questions. I especially like how much you actually care about trees. I feel confident that you would never suggest work that was not the best thing for the health of the tree, nor recommend a tree be taken down when it did not absolutely need to be.

Keep up the good work. It's my experience that providing customer service sucks. People are terrible. I'm not a people person. I hate it, and would never be able to make a living if my job depended on it. So I am that much more impressed when I see people do it well.
